Jeff and Linda Brandt-Premier Directors

Jeff is a native of California and graduated from Fairfax High School in Los Angeles. From there he attended California State University in Northridge graduating with a degree in Business. Linda is a native New Yorker and was born and raised in Brooklyn & Long Island. She graduated from Oceanside High School on Long Island and then attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where she studied Special Education. She moved to California for an opportunity to work in Los Angeles. Upon his graduation, Jeff started a business where he specialized in supplying paper goods to various businesses, which included restaurants and retirement hotels. From there he collaborated with his father, built, and operated Encino Hills Retirement Hotel until 1989 when he sold the business & decided to begin his professional sales career in Real Estate. Jeff & Linda 19 year Real Estate career began with Mike Glickman and Associates in Woodland Hills California. In 1991 Jeff & Linda with their four young sons moved to Palm Desert California where they both joined Prudential California Real Estate.  After numerous years with both Prudential California Real Estate and Dyson & Dyson, they found the perfect partner with Windermere Real Estate, having become the market leaders in the Desert Cities. Their extensive professional training, high ethical standards, attention to detail and phenomenal negotiating skills, along with their tenacious efforts have led them to the top of their field. Jeff and Linda have promoted their continued success in the luxury home market, family neighborhoods and golf course communities. Bonnie Rubin-Premier Director

Bonnie Rubin has been an award-winning Realtor for over 24 years in both the Los Angeles and Coachella Valley areas.  Originally, from Minneapolis, she moved to Los Angeles as a teenager with her family where she went to school, met her husband Frank and started a family.  She spent most of her adult life in the Agoura Hills-Westlake area where she began her Real Estate career.  Bonnie prides herself on her knowledge of all areas of Real Estate. She feels experience and professionalism are the most important attributes of any Realtor. She now resides full time in La Quinta where she is part of Jeff & Linda Brandt and Associates at Windermere.  They offer her clients even more strength and marketing abilities. Bonnie especially enjoys showing buyers the beautiful homes the desert has to offer including family homes, multi-million dollar dream homes as well as the wonderful country clubs.
